What is the Fitness Club?
Discover our professional and comprehensive clinic where total wellness can be achieved. Our unique approach called “Fitness Plus Wellness” is a one hour session of fitness combined with wellness therapies. Your experience will be most rewarding as you will feel and look better with each session done. We call it “Total Wellness”! Some program highlights are:
- Doctor &/or Personal Trainer will assist you in fitness and wellness therapies
- Personalized fitness and wellness programs
- Initial health screening performed
- Maximum 4 participants per session
- Extensive fitness equipment and wellness therapies
- Fat burning and muscle building for healthy weight loss

- Big screen T.V., air purification and strict sanitation followed
Your 60 minute wellness session includes:
Fitness
- Warm up: rebounder, wobble chair, stretching and range of motion exercises, etc..
- TRX suspension exercise training for strength and core
- Posture corrective exercises using proven devices and techniques
- Free weights, exercise therabands and bosu ball
- Cardio on new computerized recumbent bikes, step, squats, rebounder and whole body vibration and more
- Exercise using plyo box, steppers, bosu ball, wobble boards, weighted ball, ab wheel, swiss balls, etc…
Therapy
Your 60 minutes wellness session includes one to two therapies recommended by the doctor:
- Intersegmental Traction (Mobilization) Table
- Infrared Light Therapy
- Heated Infrared & Negative Ion “Biomat”
- Pain Control Therapy
- Laser Therapy
- Tanda or Genesis Light Therapy
- Ozone Steam Sauna
- Theragun Massage
